Bespoke Designer Wellness House on Gellért Hill

Bespoke Craftsmanship, Thoughtful Details

The defining elements of this bespoke wellness house were handcrafted in our manufactory using premium Thermowood ash. Precisely fitted timber cladding, a concealed door, L-shaped insulated panoramic glazing and an integrated shower form part of a single, harmonious architectural concept.

Behind the clean, minimalist appearance lie carefully selected materials, precise planning and individually engineered technical solutions.

Ten Specialist Trades. One Coordinated Project.

Our client provided only the building's foundation. We took responsibility for the complete construction of the wellness house, coordinating the work of ten specialist trades. The project was further complicated by the narrow, difficult-to-access site and the varying ground levels. Under these conditions, detailed planning, millimetre-perfect manufacturing and the careful coordination of every stage of construction were essential.

The result is a truly bespoke designer wellness house, where craftsmanship, engineering expertise and natural materials come together in a unified architectural design. For us, this is what true manufactory quality means: not simply constructing a building, but creating a unique, carefully considered architectural work where every detail matters.

We will soon reveal the distinctive details of our Gellért Hill wellness house and the expertise behind its construction in a short film.
